It is an absolutely awesome movie that really talks about the solutions to climate change. The cool thing is, it really doesn't care if you believe in Climate Change or not - it's AWESOME! Big News from Washington DC! Powershift 2011 is here. Join thousands of environmental activists from throughout the nation in urging our government to take the lead in cutting greenhouse gasses. Sign ups are open and the deadline for early submission ($50) is Sunday the 13th so sign up now! Powershift will be April 15th through 18th at the Washington DC conference center
Earth Week Planning
Hey Everyone,
We had a great meeting with the Lake Oswego Eco Network this last Wednesday, and are extremely excited to get working on our plans for Lake Oswego's Earth Week Celebration. Some of our plans include presentations to each of the elementary schools by high school students, a competitive ivy pull between the two junior highs, movie showings at the junior and senior high schools, and much much more.
